Delightful Day Discovering Daws Hall!
Squirrel Class had an amazing time exploring and investigating Daws Hall in glorious sunshine. We managed to fit in lots of different activities during the day. These included looking at the different habitats found around Daws Hall, thinking about small mammals and mini beasts that live there. When kick sampling in the brook, we used the nets to collect and examine aquatic minibeasts. As we walked along the riverbank we found out about the features of the river, which helped to reinforce things we had been learning back at school. All in all, a wonderful day was had by all!
